Our multi-disciplinary teams of experienced engineers and technologists undertake site visits to examine flooring defects, supported by our extensive UKAS accredited testing facilities. Tests relevant to concrete floors include:-
- Strength testing on cores
- Pull-off testing of repairs and coatings
- Soundness surveys/non-destructive testing
- Chemical analysis (concrete composition, chloride and sulfate contents etc)

In the event of conciliation or litigation proceedings arising from defective performance of materials, Sandberg can provide consultation and expert assistance.
