Sandberg Remains Open During This Challenging Time

Whilst many of our staff are working from home during these unprecedented times, all our activities remain open for business in line with government guidelines.  We have adjusted our operations so that staff remain safe.  Currently, although we are working at a reduced capacity, we are meeting client demands and are welcoming new enquiries.

Building Envelope

Sandberg are able to assist with establishing the overall performance of buildings to demonstrate compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations. We are able to carry out SAP calculations to SAP 2001.

If condensation occurs on a regular basis then this may give rise to mould growth, which is a potential health hazard. Sandberg can also advise on the selection of condensation-resistant materials and the use of proper venting or ventilation to avoid interstitial condensation problems.

Sandberg has extensive experience of all elements of the building envelope, and many of our staff are nationally recognised specialists in these fields. Our UKAS accredited laboratory services are extensively used for assessing the performance of facades and facade components.
