Materials and Workmanship

Sandberg can offer clients a comprehensive service of Consultancy, Inspection and Testing for the construction industry. The assurance of quality and suitability of the many varied materials, components and assemblies needed for a major project is achieved by drawing upon the large range of specialist knowledge within our organisation.

The terms of our appointment vary from project to project.  We can work directly for the Developer, liaising as necessary with all members of the design team. Clients now appoint us as a member of the project team with full responsibility for materials and workmanship. This style of appointment allows us, as a member of the project team, to provide the client with enhanced confidence in the finished quality of his project. The range of services offered is summarised below.  Services can be selected in consultation with a client and his project team to suit each particular project.
