We are pleased to announce that Sam Burdett has been appointed as an Advisory Council member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
The Advisory Council forms part of the Institute’s governance structure and exists to advise the Executive Board on major strategic decisions and strategic planning.
Speaking about the appointment, Sam said ‘I’m excited and grateful to be elected to the Advisory Council. I’ve wanted to get involved with IOM3 for some time and this seemed like a great opportunity while I complete my postgraduate studies. I’m looking forward to contributing and representing student members in this role.’
