Tom Cosgrove is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and an International WeldingEngineer (IWE). Tom has worked for steelwork contractors in Belgium, Britain, and Ireland, as well as for The Steel Construction Institute (SCI) in Ascot and The British Constructional Steelwork Association (BCSA) in Whitehall. Tom has a wealth of experience in steel construction and advises on all aspects of fabrication and welding.
Tom has an MSc / DIC in Structural Steel Design and has solely and jointly authored a number of steelwork-related publications, articles, guides and specifications.
