Matt is a Chartered Building Surveyor of over 20 years and has 40 years total experience in the construction industry, from being ‘on the tools’ in all manner of projects and roles (from small residential to large buildings and infrastructure projects), through to professional consultancy. In the past 25 years, he has also frequently been engaged on neighbourly matters, including an appointment to act on behalf of Crossrail on two prominent sites.
