Sandberg Remains Open During This Challenging Time
Whilst many of our staff are working from home during these unprecedented times, all our activities remain open for business in line with government guidelines. We have adjusted our operations so that staff remain safe. Currently, although we are working at a reduced capacity, we are meeting client demands and are welcoming new enquiries.
With the ever escalating costs of litigation and arbitration the need for the earliest possible reconciliation of parties in disputes is obvious.
Sandberg has over 135 years of experience as specialist consultants and has an established reputation in the provision of professional help across the whole breadth of construction industry problems. Sandberg is well known for its independent, reliable and no nonsense practical advice.
The Practice includes some of the most experienced international experts in their respective fields, all of whom have had experience in helping resolve disputes both in court and out. Their skills in imposing reason and common-sense upon meetings or participants, before entrenched positions are reached, can be invaluable in holding down costs and avoiding delays.
Sandberg Consultants are supported by their own in house (and therefore also independent) laboratories and inspection teams working to long established quality management procedures. Equally valuable is their knowledge of reliable external consultants in specialised fields and their experience in weighing, coordinating and managing the collective input of multidisciplinary teams of experts in major cases. The approach to solving disputes typically can involve:-
- a confidential assessment of one party's position before the next move
- or an independent consultancy service jointly agreed by several parties
and, if necessary, expert witness services in a court case.
Sandberg Legal Services include:-
- Management of teams of experts
- Alkali Aggregate Reactivity
- Roofing and Flooring
- Steelwork Fabrication
- Mosaics and Tiling
- Fire and Explosion Damage
- Quality Management
