Sandberg is a founder member of the Offshore Certification Bureau, now joined with Germanisher Lloyd, to provide world-wide coverage for certification of offshore and other structures. Within OCB-GL, Sandberg provides materials consultancy, specialist inspection and investigation services. Fabrication inspection of several offshore rigs has been undertaken, including verification of materials and processes.
