Failures range in scale from dramatic structural collapses to irritating issues such as small leaks, but any may require expert appraisal to identify all of the significant factors leading to the unacceptable result. Examples have included collapsed car parks; shattered glass; seized engine bearings; a broken wine bottle; leaks in roofs, cladding and basements; cracked floor finishes, render and plaster; decayed timber; cracked stone; falling tiles; adhesion failures; failed oil rig mooring chains; corroded prestressing strands or reinforcing steel and numerous other, often unique situations.

The diverse resources of expertise within our organisation are invaluable in appraising situations and in determining the true causes of the eventual situation.
