Public buildings, whilst incorporating high levels of safety and durability, are often designed and constructed to very tight budget constraints. Our organisation can assist in the selection of materials to meet a client's particular needs by planning and conducting a suitable range of discriminatory tests to identify the most appropriate products. The identification of materials used in historic buildings allows sympathetic restoration to progress, whilst maintaining the detail of the original construction. Sandberg post-construction activities have included functions as varied as appraisal of glass failures in shopping malls (complete with planning of safety works), examination of failed vinyl flooring in hospitals, inspection of fire damaged churches, analysis of tile failure in swimming pools and other public areas, as well as the resolution of numerous water leakage problems.
