Sandberg offer UKAS accredited stone testing for a comprehensive range of British (BS EN), American (ASTM), withdrawn standards (for historical comparison investigations) and documented in-house stone testing methods.

Stone testing accreditation is held for over 60 no. stone testing methods and procedures which cover the following physical and mechanical parameters.

The selection of material for stone testing is critical, as it must be representative of the material to be produced and supplied. Sandberg can offer independent expert advice and sampling services by qualified geologists / stone consultants for stone testing to ensure that representative and traceable samples are obtained.

On completion of stone testing, Sandberg is able to provide an independent expert opinion on the results.
