Infra-red Thermography

Sandberg also offer infra-red thermographic surveys to demonstrate the proper construction of the building envelope, and to identify thermal/cold bridges. Thermographic surveys can also be used to identify water penetration and leakage problems, to check underfloor heating systems (electric and hot water) and to trace the path of flues, hot water pipes and electric cables.

We can also provide a one day hands-on ‘thermography’ workshop for architects and designers who wish to try an infra-red camera for themselves and learn more about this technology and its advantages and limitations.
