Wide range and broad scope experience within the quality assessment, inspection and testing materials environment in civil engineering generally covering roads, buildings and structures. Particular emphasis towards performance related investigations, involving intrusive and non-intrusive structural inspection, investigation and materials testing (concrete, asphalt, cladding, steelwork etc).

Involvement with examination, compliance and performance testing of flat roof membranes and their perimeters for two decades has led to a developed speciality towards investigating and solving water penetration problems in buildings.
