Very experienced laboratory technician, capable of carrying out and supervising a wide range of standard and non-standard tests on construction materials. Design of laboratory test programmes and job specific test apparatus.

Experienced in testing aggregate, concrete, grout, epoxy resin, ceramics and natural stone, together with on-site surveys and defect investigations. Design of laboratory test programmes and job specific test apparatus. Preparation of quotations and test reports. Responsibilities also include calibration of equipment and technician training. Qualified First Aider and trained in PAT testing.

Over 15 years experience of insitu and laboratory testing for pedestrian slip resistance using the pendulum tester (UKAS accreditation to BS 7976 Part 2).
